Management Company:  Abaris Realty Inc.
 

        The community is professionally managed by Abaris Realty, Inc. The HOA provides for trash collection, grounds maintenance of all common areas and snow removal on common walkways. Board meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. The meeting location varies from month to month however, meetings are generally held at a home within the community and residents may contact Abaris Realty for the specific meeting location each month. The Annual Meeting of the HOA is held in November and the main purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect members to the Board of Directors.

        As standard operating procedure, any comment, complaint or question pertaining to the HOA should be directed to Abaris Realty as the management agent. Residents are also encouraged to attend the monthly meetings to voice concerns or questions to the Board of Directors.
