Note: December
HOA Board Meeting has been cancelled.
The Washingtonian Towns Homeowners Association was created
in November 1981 and consists of 212 town homes located on
Whitcliff Court, Curry Ford Lane, Pontiac Way and Lamont
Lane in Gaithersburg Maryland..
The community is located at the intersection of Muddy Branch
Road and Great Seneca Highway. The playground is the only
recreational amenity found within the community. The HOA is
governed by a Board of Directors
comprised of homeowners within the community who serve
strictly on a volunteer basis. There are three committees of
the HOA which include the Architectural Control Committee,
Landscape Committee and Parking Committee. We strongly
encourage residents to volunteer to serve on one or more of
the committees which all play vital roles in upholding
community standards and enforcing HOA rules and regulations.
The community is professionally managed by Abaris Realty,
Inc. The HOA provides for trash collection, grounds
maintenance of all common areas and snow removal on common
walkways. Board meetings are held
on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. The meeting
location varies from month to month however, meetings are
generally held at a home within the community and residents
may contact Abaris Realty for the specific meeting location
each month. The Annual Meeting of the HOA is held in
November and the main purpose of the Annual Meeting is to
elect members to the Board of Directors.
As standard operating procedure, any comment, complaint or
question pertaining to the HOA should be directed to Abaris
Realty as the management agent. Residents are also
encouraged to attend the monthly meetings to voice concerns
or questions to the Board of Directors.
